There was no Feelin' Good soundtrack album in 1966, but now there's a
Feelin' Better album, with updated songs from the movie . . . and more!

Interview the Star of Feelin' Good   About
His 50-Years-Later Album, Feelin' Better
In this album, Pike replaces the 1966 movie title song "Feelin' Good," with the album title song, "Feelin' Better." The original "Wicked Woman," is now "Trophy Woman," and a new arrangement of "End of Summer," the first song Travis wrote for his German-Italian Showband, The Five Beats, is included, along with "Cold, Cold Morning," and "Rock N Roll," none of which were in the movie.

According to author, journalist, and pop music historian Harvey Kubernik, former West Coast Director of A&R for MCA Records, "Travis Pike is an overlooked, but fascinating rock 'n' roll story, which is the reason that in the middle of working on my own books and television appearances, I spend time with him."

Award-winning storyteller, singer-songwriter, and media professional Travis Pike will fascinate your listeners with stories from his book, Odd Tales and Wonders: 1964-1974 A Decade of Performance, and stories about current recordings of original audience favorites from that turbulent decade.

Ask Travis to tell:

How, in 1964, a 20-year-old rock 'n' roll singing sailor became booked as "Teddy, die Twistsensation aus USA" and was instrumental in forming the popular German-Italian showband, The Five Beats?

How the auto accident that ended his career as a "Twistsensation" ultimately led to a fresh start as a storytelling, singer-songwriter entertaining hospitalized servicemen and performing in Boston coffeehouses?

How he came to star in Feelin' Good, a 1966 movie that featured ten of his original songs?

What inspired him to re-arrange his songs from Feelin' Good, record them some 50 years later, the way he originally intended, and call the new album, Feelin' Better?
